The Belvedere Domain, situated on the summit of the Kemmelberg in Heuvelland, is privately owned by Belvedere BV. The property was acquired in 2012 by Belvedere BV, a company that is owned by Noel Kindt and his son Constantin Vermoere. Constantin Vermoere has been the General Manager of Belvedere BV since 2020.
Since the acquisition, Belvedere BV has undertaken a long-term programme of conservation and stabilisation focused on preserving the architectural and historical character of the site.
Belvedere BV, as owner of the Belvedere Domain, has granted a lease to Hostellerie Kemmelberg for the operation of the restaurant on the site.
